Pressure Drop is a hand picked single estate cabernet sauvignon. Wild-fermented without additions on site and barrel aged in 40% new French oak for 18 months. Grown in thin loam on the Pirramimma sandstone formation. It should be noted the Cabernet component is off a new planting of the highly improved Italian clones of Cabernet Sauvignon. Minimal SO2 added.
