DubStyle 2017 single vineyard, hand-picked Infidels Primitivo is grown on thin loam over Pirramimma Sandstone. Fermented with wild yeast and aged nineteen months in 33% new and 67% neutral American oak. Juicy, medium bodied with soft ripe blackberry and vanilla custard nose. Balanced red to black fruit flavours lead to a long finish with fine chalky tannins.
