Inkwell’s “Blonde on Blonde” is an aromatic and textural single vineyard white wine made from Viognier grapes grown in our McLaren Vale vineyard. Fermented using wild yeast, 90% of the blend was fermented in neutral French oak hogsheads and 10% was fermented on skins until dry. Aged for six months in barrel. Grown in sandy soil over ironstone and Pirramimma Sandstone. No additions or corrections made prior to ageing. Minimum effective SO2 added.
