From a 30 year old dry grown vineyard at the top of Red Hill facing Western Port Bay, the vines sit in deep red volcanic soils and are grown without use of herbicides or synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Hand picked and whole bunch presed, 100% wild yeast barrel ferment in old French barriques. Full malo, bright and fresh aromatic nose of pear and citris. Textural and layered palate.
