Taken from a 30 yr old, dry grown vineyard at the top of Red Hill. Hand picked, destemmed. natural ferment with out additions. Only a gentle hand plunge during the ferment process was done. Pressed after 3 weeks and aged in old French oak barriques. Juicy and fine with rasberry, strawberry and cherry notes.
