Named after Bowie’s German language release of his hit “Heroes” (enjoy listening here – it’s a belter), this is “Heroes” Vineyard’s alternative take on Riesling. Picked between 26th March and 25th of April. Yield 1.4kg per vine, 1.6 tonnes per acre. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, then cooled to arrest ferment before completion. Bottled without fining. This wine is a semi sweet style. 9% alc. 60 cases made.
